Who we are

Wide Space International Pvt. Ltd. was established in 2003 A.D is one of the most leading, reputed and authorized recruiting agents of Nepal, registered under the Department of labor, Government of Nepal holding License No.389/059/060.Since it is ascertained with such a precious and valuable purpose, qualified and experienced personnel in the field of human resource and skilled and unskilled workforce for a number of personnel from Nepal on behalf of any legally authorized and genuine overseas employment regulations of the government of Nepal and that of the government of the country of employment.

We are continuously adopting latest technology of working pattern in office to increase efficiency of the work load so as to meet the actual requirement of our prominent multinational clients which has reached up to hundred in numbers.

We also focus to support national priorities to reduce unemployment, generating more foreign remittance thereby raising the socio-economic status of underprivileged people of Nepal.

Who we are

Wide Space International (P) Ltd established during 2003 registered under the Government of Nepal, Department of Labour and employment promotion, License No. 389/59/60 and quality oriented Human Resources Company approved with ISO 9001:2015 with an objective to providing overseas employment consultancy services with fair hiring procedure.

The Management

We have 30 dedicated staff. Among which 5 are in senior level who has more than 7 years experience in the industry. All the staff are competent and dedicated. They work under direct supervision of Mr. Ram Prasad Shrestha, Chairperson of the Company.

The Chairperson of the company, Mr. Ram Prasad Shrestha, an expert recruiting Agent who has more than 20 years experience in Travel business, Banking and Financial business and Real Estate business. Mr. Shrestha is not just known in the recruiting sector but is a pioneer Travel Agent whose success stories are an example for new comers in this sector.

Mrs Sulekha Shrestha, Executive Director of the company, is also involved in several business. Chairperson of Bhumiputra Saving & Credit Cooperative Ltd and supported by dedicated market professional staff members. She has been in this field for more than 15 years.

Step 1

Demand from Employer

We will require you to produce following documents concerning the requirement after agreement is reached regarding the terms and conditions. It should be in favour of our company Wide Space Intl. Pvt. Ltd. After receiving the documents we will apply to Ministry of Labour, Nepal for the permission of recruitment.

Step 2

Pre-Screening

Upon receipt of the permission for recruitment form Ministry of Labour (MoL), we take out an advertisement in leading Daily Newspapers calling for the potential candidates. The applicants are interviewed and prescreened by the recruitment officers who also provide information regarding the requirement in the “Employment Opportunity Service Desk”. Only the shortlisted candidates are then called in for the final selection through interview with the representative of the employee or CVs of these candidates are sent for final evaluation to the employee.

Step 3

Final Interview by Employer

Many employers visit Nepal for final interview. We make all necessary preparations for interview. We call shortlisted candidates for the particular day. We have fully equipped AC rooms and other modern facilities - computers, telephones, internet, and all that an interviewer might need.

Step 4

Medical Checkup

When the final selected candidates are confirmed from the side of employee organization, the selected candidates are immediately sent for their medical checkup. This medical examination is done only by the panels of doctors who are authorized by the Ministry of labour to do so. Only the candidates who pass all the medical tests are then forwarded for the further process of recruitment.

Step 5

Employee Orientation

Before the travel date and after the receipt of visas, each of the candidates are required to take orientation classes to be eligible to get the final approval from labour Department, Nepal. During the orientation classes, the candidates are informed of their job responsibilities, law, environment and culture of their future work country and place, work ethics, salary information, OT, food and accommodation facilities etc.

Step 6

Employment Visa

The sixth step is the process for the employment visa of the candidates. The process of obtaining visas is different for different countries.

Step 7

Ticketing and Travel Plan

After receiving the visas, we arrange for the travel of the candidates. We have our own travel agency “Harvest Moon Travels & Tours Pvt. ltd.” that will provide every assistance required during traveling in coordination with the government department of our company. The major assistance required being the final approval from the labour Department of Nepal, ticket copy of visa, NOC, insurance and employment contract to deploy the candidates on time.

Step 8

Deployment

After clearance of all the above mentioned steps and clearance of service charges (if any involved) the candidates are finally ready to be deployed.
